Just trying to find out if I am part of a lost branch of the family tree. My grandfather and father were both named Steve Robar, my grandfather had a brother named Cyril. I was borne in Anchorage in 1961. Never got to know the Robar side of the family.

Yes, you are a member of our family! I’ve been doing a bit of research lately, and the tree goes from Stephen Robar (b. ~1872 in Austria), his children were Cyril, Marie, Rose, Stephen Jr. (Steve), Emma, Alfred, Leona, and Louise.
Of course, the give-away was that you were born here in Anchorage. Was your father also known as “Buddy”? My Dad and Uncle Ben probably know more about it…
